§ 20-267 — Definitions.

As used in this chapter: (1) “The practice of electrology” means the permanent removal of superfluous hair by electrical or other methods approved by the Commissioner of Public Health; (2) “Board” means the Board of Examiners of Electrologists; and (3) “Department” means the Department of Public Health.

(1) and “Hypertrichologists” to “Electrologists” in Subdiv. (2).
