Connecticut·Title 20 Professional and Occupational Licensing, Certification, Title Protection and Registration. Examining Boards·Ch. 387 Hairdressers and Cosmeticians, Estheticians, Eyelash Technicians and Nail Technicians
Nothing in sections 20-265a to 20-265h, inclusive, shall be construed to require a person to obtain a license as an esthetician, a nail technician or an eyelash technician in order to practice hairdressing and cosmetology, as defined in section 20-250, or barbering, as defined in section 20-234.
