Text

Any person engaged in the business of funeral directing and any funeral director, as such terms are defined in section 20-207, may serve nonalcoholic beverages and packaged food, as defined in section 21a-151, to a person at the time he or she is making funeral arrangements or arranging for disposition of a dead human body at a funeral home.
