Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, no drug may be dispensed by a prescribing practitioner except in accordance with the provisions of this section and sections 20-14c, 20-14f and 20-14g. See Sec. 20-631 re collaborative drug therapy management agreements between pharmacists and physicians.
