The legislative commissioners may prepare, after the adjournment of any regular session of the General Assembly, supplements to the revision of the general statutes, containing the public acts passed at such session, arranged substantially in the form of supplements to the United States Code Annotated, together with a suitable index. Said commissioners shall affix thereto their certificate that such supplements correctly embody the public acts and proposed amendments to the Constitution engrossed and on file in the office of the Secretary of the State. See Sec. 3-82 re requirement that Secretary of the State file statement of legislative action on resolutions for constitutional amendments and statements showing bills for acts vetoed by Governor.
