§ 2-56k — Codification of public act 22-118*.

The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 22-118, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 22-118, including, but not limited to, correcting inaccurate internal references. *Note: Public act 22-118 is entitled “An Act Adjusting the State Budget for the Biennium Ending June 30, 2023, Concerning Provisions Related to Revenue, School Construction and Other Items to Implement the State Budget and Authorizing and Adjusting Bonds of the State”. (See Reference Table captioned “Public Acts of 2022” in Volume 16 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
