§ 2-56g — Codification of public act 17-2 of the June special session*.

The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 17-2 of the June special session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 17-2 of the June special session, including, but not limited to, correcting inaccurate internal references. *Note: Public act 17-2 of the June special session is entitled “An Act Concerning the State Budget for the Biennium Ending June 30, 2019, Making Appropriations Therefor, Authorizing and Adjusting Bonds of the State and Implementing Provisions of the Budget”. (See Reference Table captioned “Public Acts of June 2017” in Volume 16 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
