Text
(a)Wherever the term “Commission on Women, Children and Seniors” is used in any public or special act of the 2019 regular session, the term “Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity” shall be substituted in lieu thereof. Wherever the term “Commission on Equity and Opportunity” is used in any public or special act of the 2019 regular session, the term “Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity” shall be substituted in lieu thereof.
(b)The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of this section, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
