Text

The case records of the Department of Aging and Disability Services maintained for the purposes of this chapter shall be confidential and the names and addresses of recipients of assistance under this chapter shall not be published or used for purposes not directly connected with the administration of this chapter, except as necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 17a-816 and 17b-6.
