Text
Beginning not later than October 1, 2024, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services shall administer an online prevention education program for at least one authorized owner or named designee of each applicant for a dealer registration, or a renewal of a dealer registration, under section 21a-415. For the purposes of this section, “authorized owner” and “dealer registration” have the same meanings as provided in section 21a-415.
