Text

(a)The court may appoint a person to act as an overseer for any acquittee who is committed to the jurisdiction of the board. On appointment, the overseer shall make an application to the probate court of competent jurisdiction for the appointment of a conservator of the estate of the acquittee.
(b)The expense of confinement, support and treatment of any acquittee committed to the jurisdiction of the board shall be computed and paid for in accordance with the provisions of sections 17a-528 , 17b-122 , 17b-124 to 17b-132 , inclusive, 17b-136 to 17b-138 , inclusive, 17b-194 to 17b-197 , inclusive, 17b-222 to 17b-250 , inclusive, 17b-263 , 17b-340 to 17b-350 , inclusive, 17b-689b and 17b-743 to 17b-747 , inclusive.
