Text
(a)Any image or recording of an acquittee, who is under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board, that is recorded within or on the property of any inpatient facility of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services where the acquittee receives treatment, shall be reviewable by counsel representing the acquittee in any matter before the Psychiatric Security Review Board or the Superior Court related to the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board upon written request made to the director of such facility. The director of such facility shall permit such review to occur not later than thirty days after the date of receipt of the written request, provided (1) the acquittee consents to such review;
