The director shall appoint, subject to chapter 67 and with the approval of the advisory and review board, adequate staff including psychiatrists, certified psychologists, social workers, a dentist and such other professional and clerical assistance as is necessary. See Sec. 18-101f re nondisclosure of certain employee files to person confined at Whiting Forensic Division facility.
