Any keeper of a hospital for psychiatric disabilities who wilfully violates any of the provisions of this section, sections 17a-75 to 17a-83, inclusive, 17a-450 to 17a-483, inclusive, 17a-497 to 17a-528, inclusive, 17a-540 to 17a-550, inclusive, 17a-560 to 17a-575, inclusive, and 17a-615 to 17a-618, inclusive, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or both.
