Text
The Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services shall establish and implement a pilot program to assist alcohol-dependent persons who are discharged from hospitals in the New Haven region. Such program shall provide to such persons assistance with obtaining outpatient treatment services and community support services, including housing. Said commissioner may enter into a contract for services to administer such program.
