§ 17a-476a — Grantee organization director salaries.

In determining the amount of any grant to be paid by the state through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to any grantee organization authorized to provide services to mentally ill persons, the cost allowance for the salary of the director of such grantee organization shall not exceed one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, except that on and after July 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, the cost allowance for the salary of the director may be increased by an amount not to exceed the percentage increase of any cost of living increase provided under the terms of the contract with the grantee organization.
