The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, in collaboration with the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Veterans Affairs, shall provide behavioral health services, on a transitional basis, for the dependents and any member of any reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who has been called to active service in the armed forces of the state or the United States for Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom.
