§ 17a-451f — Nonlapsing mental health services grants accounts.

Connecticut·Title 17a Social and Human Services and Resources·Ch. 319i Persons with Psychiatric Disabilities

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 17a-451e, the funds required by said section to be allocated to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, for grants for mental health services, shall be deposited in a separate, nonlapsing mental health services grants account established within the General Fund. The account shall contain any other moneys required by law to be deposited in said account. The moneys in said account shall be expended by the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services as follows:

(1)The sum of four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars for an inpatient behavioral health program serving preschool children aged two to five years;
(2)the sum of one hundred eighty-five thousand dollars for behavioral health preventive activities in the community; (
