§ 17a-22hh — Data repository for emergency mobile psychiatric services personnel.

On or before January 1, 2023, the Department of Children and Families shall establish and administer a data repository for (1) emergency mobile psychiatric services personnel to share best practices and experiences while providing emergency mobile psychiatric services to children in the field, and (2) emergency mobile psychiatric services personnel and the department to, when available and appropriate, collect data on outcomes of children who received emergency mobile psychiatric services, which data shall be deidentified and disaggregated, for internal quality improvement purposes.
