Text
The Commissioner of Developmental Services may require each applicant seeking employment with (1) the department, (2) a provider licensed or funded by the department, or (3) an individual funded by the department for self-directed services to submit to a check for substantiated complaints in the Department of Children and Families child abuse and neglect registry established pursuant to section 17a-101k.
