Text
The Commissioner of Developmental Services shall employ, within available appropriations, a sufficient number of transition advisors to provide transition services, as defined in section 10-74o, for children requiring special education who may be eligible to receive services from the Department of Developmental Services as determined through a planning and placement team meeting pursuant to subdivision (9) of subsection (a) of section 10-76d.
