Text

Any parents whose child has been supported by the Commissioner of Children and Families for at least three years immediately preceding such child's eighteenth birthday shall not be entitled to such child's earnings or services during such child's minority. See Sec. 46b-219 re absence of liability for person to support a deserting parent.
