Text

Not later than January 1, 2024, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall initiate a proceeding to examine occurrences of stray voltage in the state and make recommendations for detecting, mitigating and preventing stray voltage. As used in this section, “stray voltage” means any unwanted electrical leakage.
