Text

A budgeted agency, as defined in section 4-69, shall only purchase replacement light bulbs which (1) are provided under an electric distribution company's customer lighting efficiency program, (2) are equivalent in energy efficiency to bulbs provided under such electric distribution company lighting efficiency program, as determined by the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Commissioner of Administrative Services, or (3) meet such other life-cycle cost analysis standards as the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, with the concurrence of the Commissioner of Administrative Services, may designate.
