Text
(a)The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall prescribe and provide suitable forms of applications, certificates of title, notices of security interests and all other notices and forms necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 15-201 to 15-232, inclusive.
(b)The commissioner may:
(1)Make necessary investigations to procure information required to carry out the provisions of sections 15-201 to 15-232 , inclusive; and (2) adopt and enforce reasonable rules to carry out the provisions of said sections.
(c)The commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to provide for the implementation of any of the provisions of sections 15-201 to 15-232 , inclusive, and for the placement of additional indications on any certificate of title concerning the c
