Text
The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the provisions of sections 15-170 to 15-173, inclusive. Such regulations may include:
(1)Standards and criteria for the design and operation of pump-out facilities including, but not limited to, the specification of reasonable capacities, number of stations, methods of disposal and standards and criteria for marina sanitation facilities, and (2) provisions for contracts for the use of reasonably proximate pump-out facilities.
