§ 14-327e — Hearing. Refusal to issue certificate of registration. Revocation or suspension of certificate of registration. Violations. Civil penalty.
Connecticut·Title 14 Motor Vehicles. Use of the Highway By Vehicles. Gasoline·Ch. 250 Gasoline and Motor Oil Sales
(a)The commissioner, after a hearing in accordance with chapter 54, may refuse to issue, revoke or suspend any certificate of registration issued to a distributor if the distributor does any of the following:
(1)Misleads, deceives or defrauds the public or the commissioner;
(2)Sells or attempts to sell any motor fuel which is not registered pursuant to sections 14-327a to 14-327e , inclusive, or a motor fuel which is registered but does not conform to the standards of such registration; or (3) Violates any of the provisions of sections 14-327a to 14-327e , inclusive, or any regulation established thereunder.
(b)The commissioner, after a hearing in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, may impose a civil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dol
