§ 14-307g — Initial and annual reports by municipality.

Connecticut·Title 14 Motor Vehicles. Use of the Highway By Vehicles. Gasoline·Ch. 249 Traffic Control and Highway Safety
(a)Not later than eighteen months following the date an automated traffic enforcement safety device becomes operational in a municipality pursuant to section 14-307c, the municipality shall submit a report to the Department of Transportation and to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a. Such report shall include, but need not be limited to:
(1)The number of violations of sections 14-218a and 14-219 and subdivision (3) of subsection (b) of section 14-299 that occurred at the locations where such automated traffic enforcement safety devices were installed prior to the use of such devices;
(2)the number of violations where a motor vehicle exceeded the posted speed limi
