Text

(a)No person shall access or travel upon any highway that is a dedicated roadway for bus rapid transit service except as an operator or passenger in (1) a motor vehicle authorized by the state to provide public transit service on such highway, (2) an authorized emergency vehicle responding to an emergency call, (3) a vehicle operated by the Department of Transportation or any contractor of the department authorized by the state to perform maintenance on such highway, or (4) any motor vehicle specifically authorized in writing by the Commissioner of Transportation to access or travel upon such highway.
(b)Any violation of this section shall be an infraction.
