Text
The state Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, in consultation with the Department of Transportation, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the state-wide drug recognition expert coordinator, and the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association, shall seek any guidance available from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and shall (1) develop educational materials and programs about the drug recognition expert program and drug influence evaluations, and (2) make such materials and programs available to the Judicial Branch and the Connecticut Judges Association.
