§ 14-199 — Impeachment of credibility of defendant.
Connecticut·Title 14 Motor Vehicles. Use of the Highway By Vehicles. Gasoline·Ch. 247 Uniform Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act
In a prosecution for a crime specified in this chapter, a certified copy of a conviction under subsection (a) of section 14-196 is admissible to impeach the credibility of the defendant.
