§ 14-194 — Hearing.
Connecticut·Title 14 Motor Vehicles. Use of the Highway By Vehicles. Gasoline·Ch. 247 Uniform Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act
A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the commissioner under this chapter is entitled, upon request, to a hearing in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.

(1957, P.A. 607, S. 30; P.A. 02-70, S. 16.) History: P.A. 02-70 provided that hearings be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 in lieu of “subsection (e) of section 14-111”, effective July 1, 2002.
