Text
(a)The president and all directors, officers and employees of the corporation shall be state employees for purposes of sections 1-79 to 1-89, inclusive.
(b)No director, officer or employee of the corporation shall, directly or indirectly, participate in, or share in the winnings from, a game conducted pursuant to sections 12-563a , 12-800 to 12-818 , inclusive, 12-853 , 12-854 or 12-863 to 12-865 , inclusive.
