§ 12-8 — Recording and deposit of funds.

All funds received by the commissioner shall promptly be recorded with the Comptroller and deposited with the State Treasurer. The commissioner shall make daily deposits with the State Treasurer. See Sec. 4-32 re state revenue accounting requirements.
