The commissioner shall provide books in which shall be kept a true, faithful and correct record of all of the department's proceedings, which books shall be open to the public as provided in section 1-210.

(b) re lottery games and procedures, effective July 1, 1996; pursuant to P.A. 11-51, “executive director” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “commissioner”, effective July 1, 2011; P.A. 13-299 deleted reference to Gaming Policy Board and made a conforming change, effective July 1, 2013.
