§ 12-153 — Receipts for partial payments in cases of transfer.

Whenever a partial payment is made on any tax account because of the transfer of title of part of any property represented by such account, the collector shall, if requested, indicate on such partial payment receipt the property on which such partial payment applies. See Sec. 12-150 re penalty for violation of provisions of this section.
