§ 11-83 — Maintenance of records of property in possession of museum.

Each museum shall maintain a record, in accordance with the regulations adopted by the State Librarian pursuant to section 11-89, of all property on loan to the museum, including the name and address of the lender, if known, and the dates that such property is to be on loan to the museum and a copy of the loan agreement for such property. The museum shall provide a copy of such record and the loan agreement to the lender of property at the time that such lender makes the loan of property to the museum. If a museum is notified of a change in ownership of any property on loan to the museum, the museum shall create a new record for such property and update the existing loan agreement and shall provide a written copy of such new record and such updated loan agreement to the new owner of such p
