Text
Each technical education and career school shall provide access to directory information and on-campus recruiting opportunities to representatives of the armed forces of the United States of America and state armed services to the extent necessary under federal law to prevent the loss of federal funds to such school or to the state of Connecticut. The disclosure of information pursuant to this section shall otherwise be subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200.
