Text

The superintendent of the Technical Education and Career System shall provide in-service training programs, in accordance with subsection (a) of section 10-220a, for the teachers, administrators and pupil personnel employed in the system who hold the initial educator, provisional educator or professional educator certificate. In addition, the system shall provide programs to enhance the knowledge and skill level of such teachers in their vocational or technical field.
