Text
The State Board of Education or any local or regional board of education may receive money, securities or other personal property by gift, devise or bequest to be used for the education of children requiring special education in accordance with the provisions of sections 10-76a to 10-76h, inclusive, and the wishes of the donor. See Sec. 10-184a re exemption of local or regional boards of education or State Board of Education from providing special education for children being educated at home or in private school.
