Not later than July 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Department of Education shall report to each state agency that provides services and programs for adults with disabilities, including, but not limited to, the Departments of Developmental Services, Social Services and Aging and Disability Services, and, in accordance with section 11-4a, the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies, education, human services and public health, the aggregate number of students from all school districts who had planning and placement team meetings during the prior school year in which information concerning such services and programs was provided pursuant to the provisions of subparagraphs (B) and (C) of
