Text

A public school student who is both under seventeen years of age and a parent may request permission from the local or regional board of education to attend adult education classes. The local or regional board of education may, by a majority vote of the members of the board present and voting at a regular or special meeting of the board called for such purpose, assign such student to adult education classes.
