(a)The regional trauma coordinators employed by the regional educational service centers, described in section 10-66u, shall jointly develop and implement a trauma-informed care training program. Such training program shall utilize a training model that will enable school mental health specialists, as defined in section 12 of public act 22-47*, to deliver trauma-informed care training to all teachers, administrators, school staff and coaches upon completion of the training program. In developing such trauma-informed care training program, the regional trauma coordinators (1) shall attempt to design such trauma-informed care training in a manner that it can be included as part of a local or regional board of education's in-service training program, pursuant to section 10-220a, and (2) may
