Text
Any early care and education program receiving financial assistance under Early Start CT, including, but not limited to, licensed family child care homes, group child care homes, child care centers and other licensed exempt child care providers and settings, shall be accredited not later than three years after entering into a contract with the Office of Early Childhood under Early Start CT pursuant to section 10-550b. Any such program that is not accredited shall have an approved program plan not later than twelve months after entering into a contract with the office.
