§ 10-500a — Authority of office re licensing matters.

Connecticut·Title 10 Education and Culture·Ch. 184c Office of Early Childhood

The Commissioner of Early Childhood may enter into stipulations, agreements, memoranda of understanding, interim consent orders or consent orders relating to licensing matters under chapters 368a and 368r with:

(1)Any person, group of persons, association, organization, corporation, institution or agency, public or private, (A) maintaining (i) a licensed child care center or group child care home, pursuant to section 19a-80 , or (ii) a licensed family child care home, pursuant to section 19a-87b , or (B) applying for a license for (i) a child care center or group home, pursuant to section 19a-80 , or (ii) a family child care home, pursuant to section 19a-87b ;
(2)Any person who (A) establishes, conducts or maintains a licensed youth camp, pursuant to section 19a-421 , or (B) is applying
