Text

(a)(1) For the period of time from July 15, 2019, until January 5, 2021, the corporation shall be governed by a board of directors, appointed as follows:
(A)Four directors appointed by the director of the philanthropic enterprise;
(B)Three directors appointed by the Governor;
(C)The Governor;
(D)The president pro tempore of the Senate;
(E)The speaker of the House of Representatives;
(F)The minority leader of the Senate;
(G)The minority leader of the House of Representatives; and (H) The president of the corporation.
(2)Each director shall serve until a successor is qualified and appointed.
(b)(1) All appointments under subsection (a) of this section shall be made on or before July 15, 2019, with the exception of the president of the corporation, who shall be appointed upon being h
