§ 10-264t — Adoption of long-range plan of capital improvement and school building project priorities and goals by the Capitol Region Education Council.

(a)Not later than January 1, 2023, and every five years thereafter, the Capitol Region Education Council shall adopt a long-range plan of capital improvement and school building project priorities and goals for interdistrict magnet school facilities that will assist the state in meeting its obligations pursuant to the decision in Sheff v. O'Neill, 238 Conn. 1 (1996), or any related stipulation or order in effect. The plan shall include a summary of activities related to school building projects, capital improvements and capital equipment pursuant to subsection (b) of this section. Upon adoption of the plan, the council shall submit the plan to the Department of Administrative Services and the department shall file the plan directly with the joint standing committees of the General Assembl
