Not later than July 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Department of Education shall publish and make available on its Internet web site the student completion rate of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid for the graduating class for each high school and each school district. The department may exclude the completion data of certain subgroups of students for the purposes of publishing such data under this section if the career choices of the students in such subgroup are not relevant or applicable to the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
