As used in sections 10-217d to 10-217g, inclusive:

(1)“Art or craft material” means any raw or processed material or manufactured product marketed or represented by the manufacturer as suitable for use in any phase of the creation of any work of visual or graphic art of any medium which (A) contains a carcinogenic substance, as defined in section 19a-329 , or is a potential human carcinogen, as defined in this section, or contains a toxic substance which has been identified as an air contaminant under the Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 29, Chapter XVII, Subpart Z, Section 1910.1000, (B) is in a form that would expose users to the carcinogen, potential human carcinogen or toxic substance through ingestion, inhalation or absorption and (C) is us
