§ 10-212n — Suicide risk assessments.

Not later than January 1, 2024, the Department of Education shall provide to each local and regional board of education a list of recommended assessments for determining the suicide risk of students who exhibit mental health distress, have been identified as at risk of suicide or are considered to be at an increased risk of suicide based on the risk factors identified pursuant to subsection (f) of section 10-221. Such list may include, but need not be limited to, the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale.
